Many TROVA issues can be resolved by resetting the device with the pinhole reset on TROVA GO/PLUS or a 10 second hold of the power button on TROVA HOME. You can also unpair your TROVA from your iPhone and then pair it again to see if it will fix your issue.
Try these steps:
• Turn off your TROVA GO/PLUS and restart it
• Make sure you are using the USB cord that your TROVA came with or any USB-A to USB-C. Note that a USB-C to C will not work on TROVA GO.
• Use the pinhole reset button. On release you should see a quick white flash of the LED.
• Try holding the case closed with your fingers and unlocking your TROVA. You might have overstuffed your TROVA safe and it is keeping the lock from opening properly. Gently press on the lid and release when you hear the “click”.
• Ensure your TROVA is right side up with the power button on the bottom.
Tap the multi function power button, if it pulses once (green, orange or red) it is indicating battery status. If it pulses green 2x it was off and is now on.
• Check your phone to make sure Bluetooth is on.
• Make sure your Phone and TROVA are within range of each other.
• In iOS go into settings, privacy, Bluetooth, and make sure the TROVA app is toggled on which allows the TROVA app access to Bluetooth.
